These terms govern use of hankins-whatleyfamilyreunion.com and purchases from Hankins-Whatley Family Reunion, LLC for the family reunion scheduled July 2–4, 2027, in Phoenix, Arizona. Please read the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy as well. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
Registration and orders
The description and price shown at checkout at the time of purchase control your order. A deposit is a payment toward registration and does not change the final payment terms. Provide accurate attendee names, age categories, contact details, and merchandise selections. We may contact you to correct an error or verify an order. Availability, schedules, venues, and activities may change; we will communicate material event changes using the contact information supplied.
Payments and final sales
Registration payments, including deposits, installments, and full payments, are final and nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. Registration may be transferred to another family member under the Refund Policy. Merchandise purchases, including T-shirts, are final and nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and the remedies for an incorrect, damaged, or undelivered item described in that policy. Review the cart and the Refund Policy before paying.
Travel and separate providers
Unless expressly included in a purchased package, lodging, transportation, resort charges, and separately booked activities are your responsibility. Hotel bookings and outside services have their own terms and cancellation rules. An external link does not make the provider part of the reunion registration purchase.
Event participation
Adults purchasing for minors are responsible for supplying accurate information and supervising minors at the reunion. Follow venue rules and reasonable event safety directions. Notify the organizing team of accessibility needs or relevant participation questions through the contact address below so arrangements can be discussed.
Site use and content
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful or misleading material. Site text, graphics, photographs, and reunion materials belong to their respective owners; personal viewing and sharing links to the site are allowed, but other reuse requires permission.
Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep site information current and may correct mistakes. An order affected by a material pricing or listing error will be addressed with the purchaser before fulfillment, consistent with applicable law. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Changes to published terms do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
Disputes and law
Please contact us first about an order or site issue so we can investigate. These terms are governed by applicable law; no provision limits nonwaivable consumer rights or legally required remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
