Refund Policy

Hankins-Whatley Family Reunion,

Effective January 1, 2026

Registration payments are final

All payments toward reunion attendance are final. This includes deposits, partial or installment payments, balances, and full registration payments. We do not give refunds for a change of plans, inability to attend, missed activities, or a purchaser’s cancellation. This policy applies to the July 2–4, 2027 reunion and is subject to any refund required by applicable law.

Transfer to another family member

You may request to transfer paid registration to another family member.

Email: hankins.whatleyfamilyreunion@gmail.com from the purchaser’s email address with the order number, original attendee name, replacement attendee name, applicable age category, and contact details. Request the transfer before the event and before the registration has been used. We will confirm the revised attendee record by email. A transfer does not turn a registration payment into cash or store credit. Any price difference arising from a different age category or package must be resolved before the transfer is completed; contact us for the amount. Do not assume a transfer is complete until you receive confirmation.

Merchandise sales are final

T-shirts and other merchandise are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size choice, preference, or a change of mind. Check sizes and item details before checkout. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered as promised, email us with the order number and a description, and photos if available. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Donations and separate bookings

Contributions identified as donations to support the reunion are not registration purchases or transferable attendance. Please contact us promptly about an accidental or duplicate donation; any legally required correction will be honored. Hotel rooms and services purchased from third parties follow those providers’ terms, not this policy.

Event changes and legal rights

If the reunion is canceled, rescheduled, or materially changed, we will communicate the available resolution to purchasers in light of the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including for an unfulfilled order or an unauthorized charge.

Contact

For a transfer or order issue, email hankins.whatleyfamilyreunion@gmail.com or call Grady Whatley at (740) 404-5076. Include your order number, date of purchase and the email used at checkout.

Disputes and law

Please contact us first about an order or site issue so we can investigate. These terms are governed by applicable law; no provision limits nonwaivable consumer rights or legally required remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
